Opis posla
With this job you will have a key role within our fast-growing company, and the right candidate will have a big influence on the quality of our team and the product. If you are the perfect match for us, you will be encouraged to share your knowledge, experience and insights with the stakeholders.
We expect you to communicate with the Scrum master and Product owner to streamline the development team and make it more productive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Product Owner, Scrum Master and CTO about the progress
- Monitor the development team, support, quality control to identify issues in the process
- Improve quality standards
- Write meeting reports
- Organize and update the development backlog with the PO
Kvalifikacije
Requirements
- Experience with administration / planning / time management and organisation skills
- Experience with reporting tools
- Experience with CRM / ERP/ Support systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- An obsession for high-quality standards
- Passion for improving skills and learning new technologies
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
