Opis posla
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Expert to lead and optimize our marketing, sales, and CRM processes through the HubSpot platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and automating campaigns while enhancing the overall customer journey. We expect deep expertise in the HubSpot ecosystem, a data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to continually improve performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
Develop and maintain automated marketing campaigns (email sequences, lead nurturing, lead scoring).
Create and optimize landing pages and forms in HubSpot to increase conversion rates.
Generate reports and analyze marketing and sales data (dashboards, KPIs, performance insights).
Integrate HubSpot with other tools and systems (e.g., websites, social media platforms, ERP).
Train and support team members on HubSpot utilization and automation best practices.
Stay current with inbound marketing and CRM best practices and apply them in day-to-day activities.
Kvalifikacije
Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub).
Advanced knowledge of CRM logic, marketing automation, and inbound methodologies.
Experience setting up automated email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and lead management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
Proven analytical skills and ability to work with data (reporting, A/B testing, performance measurement).
Basic HTML/CSS skills to customize email templates in HubSpot.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
HubSpot certifications (Inbound, Email Marketing, Sales Software, etc.) are a plus.
