Key Responsibilities:

• Software solution development and implementation: Design, coding, and testing of complex applications that meet client requirements.
• Technical project leadership: Organize and oversee all stages of software development, including planning, development, and maintenance.
• Mentoring the team: Educating and supporting junior developers and colleagues to ensure consistency and quality in work.
• Performance analysis and optimization: Identifying and resolving technical issues, and improving existing solutions.
• Security protocol development: Implementing high standards for data security and system integration.
• Client communication: Understanding client needs and translating these into functional software specifications.
• Keeping up with technology trends: Implementing the latest tools and practices to keep the company competitive in the market.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with proven results in complex projects.
• Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies.
• Experience in the development of web and mobile applications, as well as system integration.
• Deep understanding of software system architecture and development processes.
• Experience in developing cloud-based solutions and working with tools like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in AI/ML, blockchain technology, or data engineering.
