Junior QA Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases on our web-based platform and mobile applications
• Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation specific to job application processes
• Perform basic functional and regression testing on new features and updates
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify bug fixes
• Test user interfaces for intuitive design and smooth user experience
• Verify the accuracy of job listing integrations and application submissions
• Contribute ideas to improve our QA processes and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on clearly describing bugs and user experiences
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
• Basic understanding of job application processes and recruitment industry terminology

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cypress or other testing frameworks (not required, but a plus)
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software
