We are seeking a skilled ML/AI Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our in-house AIinitiative. As part of our innovative team, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex datasets, developing machine learning models, and helping drive the adoption of AI solutions acrossthe business.

Responsibilities
• Analyze large, complex data sets to uncover insights and identify trends for AImodel development.
• Design and develop machine learning algorithms to support our AI-drivenprojects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliveractionable insights.
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluationstrategies to ensure accuracy and efficiency of AI systems.
• Assist in the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in aproduction environment.
• Communicate findings and technical solutions to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.
• Continuously research and stay updated on the latest AI and machine learningtechnologies to implement best practices
Kvalifikacije
Requirements:
• This individual must be able to work from our Banja Luka, Bosnia officeStrong experience in Python programming language, with knowledge of dataanalysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Experience in working with large data sets and databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
• Strong understanding of statistics, data mining, and predictive modelingtechniques.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning,natural language processing (NLP), and neural networks.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is aplus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in acollaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in developing AI models for real-world applications.
• Experience with data pipelines and automation tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git)
