We are seeking a skilled Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying across different ad platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Niche Launch and Testing: Launching new clients and testing new niches in lead generation across Facebook, Google, and other ad networks. Strategically plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for new clients, ensuring structured testing, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making. Identify and implement best practices for scaling successful campaigns while minimizing risks in new market tests.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including designers, sales, and the CRO department, to align media buying strategies with broader business goals. Facilitate knowledge sharing between departments to enhance creative development, landing page performance, and lead conversion rates. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure campaign objectives are aligned with client expectations and business outcomes.
Innovation and Strategy Development: Continuously research and propose new media buying strategies, ad formats, and targeting techniques to improve campaign stability and performance. Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
