Full-time in office position (No remote work possible)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Product Owner (m/f) to join our team in Mostar.

Your responsibilities:
• Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with the strategic objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather and refine product requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Sprint Planning and Execution: Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, including writing release notes. Ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of the requirements and deliverables.
• Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the vision, goals, and timelines for product releases and enhancements.
Kvalifikacije
Job Requirements:
• Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software products
• Experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Familiarity with tools like Jira is a plus
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical person profiles
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business owners
• Education: Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus
