We are dynamic and proactive international IT company located in Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Halmstad (Sweden) and Chicago (USA). Our main activity is web and mobile software development, mostly based on open source technologies.

Opis posla

We are looking for capable and hard-working individuals with a strong sense of responsibility in carrying out their working assignments. As a backend developer, you are expected to understand the intricacies and inner workings of web-based software solutions. You need to be able to build, upgrade and often design foundations on which such solutions are built. Your support is to be expected by the frontend team and less experienced team members.

Kvalifikacije

  • 8 years of progressive software development experience with 5 years of people management
  • Experience architecting and designing (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new systems for complex services.
  • Strong, current knowledge of modern web and mobile application development technologies
  • Strong team leadership ability is required, with several years’ experience as a direct manager of teams in a software engineering role.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, decision making, and communication skills
  • Have good understanding of resource allocation and able to work with project management teams to plan and monitor project execution
  • Highest-level knowledge of software development design procedures
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills to work with key project stakeholders across the company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Track record of building and effectively managing multiple teams and projects.
  • Excellent time management skills and close attention to detail
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving and showing urgency to action
  • Constantly driving towards excellence by continuous improvement.
  • A passion for hiring strong team players and a willingness to drive a culture of openness and direct communications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields
  • Experience in working on open source projects
  • Experience in using Attlasian stack (JIRA, Confluence etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required
