Elumity was developed to reduce information overload, avoid PDF cluttering, and save time. Elumity cards organize thoughts and facts in their context and connect the pieces of knowledge in one place. They provide a level of interaction and productivity that goes beyond existing software and learning concepts. Being both a personal knowledge collection and a social medium, they combine authoritative and crowd knowledge simultaneously. 
With growing content and its social media feature, Elumity will impact the productive workflow of researchers, their lifelong learning, and knowledge organization. Elumity will challenge and change the established ways within the industry.

Elumity is a startup company developing an all-in-one software suite for personal knowledge management and academic productivity for more than 200 million academics, such as students, researchers, physicians, and other professionals in medicine, natural, and social sciences.
Role overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Software Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our flagship SaaS product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, identify and report software defects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design test cases to ensure thorough test coverage.
Execute test cases, document test results, and identify and report software defects using appropriate bug tracking tools.
Conduct regression testing to validate software fixes and ensure overall system stability.
Perform exploratory testing to identify potential usability issues and improve the overall user experience.
Participate in test plan reviews and provide feedback to ensure comprehensive and effective testing strategies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software testing processes, including test case design, test automation, and test data management.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to investigate and troubleshoot software issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing methodologies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Kvalifikacije

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Software Tester, with a focus on manual testing and defect reporting.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Familiarity with test case design, test execution, and test result documentation.
Experience with bug tracking tools and familiarity with the bug life cycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools is an advantage.
ISTQB certification or similar software testing certification is a plus.
