Opis posla
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated React Native Developer to join our team in Banja Luka. In this role, you will work within a cross-functional team to envision, design, and implement high-level solutions and technical requirements for a seamless mobile experience of our fleet management software.
Our current tech stack is focused on:
Frontend: React & React Native, JavaScript & TypeScript, Styled Components
Backend: Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka

Key Responsibilities
You'll be helping us build a solution that reinvents the modern way of transportation being used by hundreds of thousands of users every day. You will work on developing our mobile application, ensuring quality and performance to ensure we deliver the best possible product to our customers. As part of our team your voice is heard - you'll contribute to technical decisions and feel the impact of your hard work.
Kvalifikacije
Experience: 4+ years development experience in React Native and Javascript
Skills:
- Experience in discovering problems and bringing them from idea to solution together with a cross-functional team
- Experience in working closely with designers, product managers and fellow engineers to find solutions to proposed problems
- Engineering and problem solving mindset
- Being able to work independently on tasks and features
- Having an eye for details
- Ownership of deliverables together with your team members
- Interest to understand the big-picture of what we're working towards and share your ideas to make our product and tech even better
Education: Relevant experience is most important.
