Your role and responsibilities
Lead client's marketing initiatives with a focus on driving demand generation and managing external agencies for campaign performance.
Create and oversee content production, coordinating with freelancers and agencies to ensure high-quality outputs.
Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
Oversee the development of an outbound SDR program, integrating it with demand generation strategies.
Build client’s brand presence and increase market awareness through events, thought leadership, and consistent messaging across channels.
Manage customer marketing efforts, including product release campaigns, webinars, G2 reviews, NPS surveys, and more.
Collaborate with the customer success team to enhance customer engagement.
Develop client’s overall marketing strategy in partnership with Cordance and leadership, aligning with business goals.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
Oversee client’s marketing technology stack, ensuring tools are integrated and support strategic objectives.
Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive adoption of campaigns.
Kvalifikacije
About you:
You are a self-organized, proactive, solution oriented person with a growth mindset.
2 to 5 years of experience in roles such as Social Media Manager, Digital Content/Media Creator, Marketing Manger etc.
Experience working on digital platforms
Content writing experience
Strong general understanding of Social Media concepts
Understanding Start-up culture, knowledge of trends: Marketing, Digital, Growth hacking
Knowledge of all tasks related to marketing at a conceptual and general level (PR, SEO, Events, Creative, Design, Communication, Branding, Social media, etc.)
Good communication skills, ability to express ideas
Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
Experience or understanding in event organization, creating visual presentations
