Klika works on some of the most compelling tech solutions side by side with startups and tech giants as a trusted tech partner. We solve business problems and tackle clients biggest technology and business challenges with custom software engineering solutions.
Currently, we are seeking several Project Managers to join our growing Client Delivery team and work on a projects in Advertising and Healthcare industries.
Responsibilites:
Independently manages medium complexity projects.
Facilitates all Agile ceremonies and contributes to process improvements.
Engages with clients directly, managing expectations and gathering feedback.
Mentors project coordinators and assists in their development.
Kvalifikacije
3 - 5 years in Agile project management, with a track record of managing medium-scale projects. Preferably in the software development industry.
Proficient in facilitating Agile ceremonies independently, competent in client communication, and effective in risk management and problem-solving.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
