Project Manager

• Independently manages medium complexity projects.
• Facilitates all Agile ceremonies and contributes to process improvements.
• Engages with clients directly, managing expectations and gathering feedback.
• Mentors project coordinators and assists in their development.

• 3 - 5 years in Agile project management, with a track record of managing medium-scale projects. Preferably in the software development industry.
• Proficient in facilitating Agile ceremonies independently, competent in client communication, and effective in risk management and problem-solving.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
