Opis posla
About the Position
- You’ll become part of a growing and dynamic tech team dedicated to building innovative software solutions across multiple business verticals within a leading financial group. Each vertical team drives the evolution of its domain, encompassing banking, insurance, and lending services, ensuring excellence in every product delivered. As a QA Automation Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, creating, and executing robust automation scripts to ensure product quality.
- Developing detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases.
- Reviewing manual test cases and providing recommendations for automation while aligning with overall QA goals.
- Identifying, documenting, and thoroughly tracking bugs for timely resolution.
- Performing in-depth regression testing to confirm fixes and maintain stability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to define and validate system requirements.
- Driving QA process improvements, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing scalable solutions.
- Acting as a QA advocate within the team, ensuring testing best practices are followed and quality is prioritized throughout the development lifecycle.
Kvalifikacije
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience with Java and frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Playwright, with the ability to perform e2e testing through frontend frameworks such as Angular
- Solid understanding of REST API testing and tools like Postman
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus, especially for frontend-oriented automation
- Focus on creating scalable test frameworks and ensuring test coverage for performance, browser compatibility, and user experience
- Proven experience in driving QA processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements to enhance quality standards.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication in an international environment
