Front-End React Native Developer (Mobile)

• Build and maintain the mobile app using React Native
• Translate Figma UI/UX designs into clean, responsive code
• Use NativeWind for styling and utility-first UI development
• Integrate React Query for data fetching, caching, and server state management
• Set up real-time communication with backend (e.g. WebSockets, Socket.IO)
• Implement authentication, secure data handling, and offline-first strategies
• Ensure the app works well on both iOS and Android
• Optimize app performance, animations, and load time
• Collaborate with the AI and backend teams to build scalable features

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience using React Query for API state management
• Familiarity with NativeWind (or Tailwind CSS for React Native)
• Experience working with real-time features (WebSocket, Firebase, etc.)
• Good understanding of mobile performance optimization
• Comfortable working with Figma, Git, and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools for mobile (e.g. Fastlane, Bitrise) is a plus

BONUS POINTS:

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate)
• Prior work in healthtech or secure environments (HIPAA-compliance)
• Experience with microservices or event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CDK)
