Manage a large number of projects of low and medium complexity, in accordance with established procedures, contractual obligations and set goals, from early initialization to project closure;
Develop a project plan and govern the coordination and management of the project team, as well as monitor the project implementation, including, but not limited to, undertaking corrective measures in accordance with the status of task implementation and efficiency of plan implementation;
Prepare the necessary materials, white papers and information for the development of a comprehensive plan for projects of the same program (Project Roadmap);
Mentor / coach / help develop other members of the project team in the field of projects and initiatives implementation;
Recognize opportunities for expanding and optimizing business collaborations in the field of the projects entrusted to him / her;
Be responsible for activities in:
The initial phase of the project:
Define the project (prepare documentation on project scope, time frame and budget, receive approval and confirmation of the project definition from the project sponsor),
Identify project participants, as well as their roles and responsibilities,
Actively communicate with the project management department in order to increase the visibility of risky projects,
In regards to project planning:
Plan strategy (development, evaluation and selection of an appropriate project strategy, taking into account the possibilities in terms of implementation, costs, time and scope),
Prepare and manage the project schedule, as well as the responsibility allocation matrix,
develop and maintain a communication plan, risk management plan and procurement plan,
The execution and control of the project:
lead the kick-off meetings,
direct and implement the approved plan,
oversee the implementation of the project,
control and monitor the scope, time, costs, quality and risk of the project,
manage change,
report on the progress of the project,
manage the expectations of stakeholders in the project,
In regards to project completion:
take care of the confirmation (acceptance by the client) and submission of the project,
collect feedback based on acquired knowledge,
