Technical Consultant (Utility)

Key responsibilities:

• Addressing customer inquiries, concerns and suggestions;
• Work on monitoring of current projects through the generation of reports and communication with customers;
• Filing reports regarding product problems;
• Regular monitoring of system work, performance and functionalities, perform analysis, diagnostics and acting as needed;
• Researching technical issues;
• Managing and processing customer orders;
• Walking customers through solutions;
• Reviewing product change requests;
• Learning about product updates and new technologies.

• A solid knowledge of PL/SQL for creating complex procedures, functions and packages;
• Familiarity with BI tools (Jaspersoft studio, Grafana) is a plus;
• Experience optimizing queries is a plus;
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus;
• Education preferably in IT, electrical engineering or fields of technical sciences;
• Experience on similar positions is advantage, but it's not eliminatory;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira is a plus.
