We are looking for a proactive and versatile individual who can support our business users, drive new user acquisition, and grow existing accounts as part of our rapidly expanding fintech platform.
Kvalifikacije
What we are looking for
A customer-focused communicator with a strong sense of ownership
At least 2 years of experience in client support, sales, or digital marketing
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to manage and grow client accounts through proactive outreach and relationship building
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Go High Level, etc) and online marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, or email automation tools)
Organized and capable of managing multiple client relationships and tasks at once
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn quickly
Confidence in providing product demos and onboarding new clients
Basic understanding of SaaS or fintech products is a plus
Advanced degree is recommended but can be substituted with relevant work experience.
Located in the Banja Luka area (or willing to relocate)
