We are seeking an experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer with a proven track record of at least 5 years in testing enterprise-grade systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Telecom domain and strong proficiency in English. Experience with ServiceNow would be considered a valuable asset. We are looking for someone to lead quality assurance efforts for our telecom-related projects and services.
This is your role
- Apply your extensive knowledge of telecom services to guide the testing strategy and identify critical scenarios specific to the telecom domain
- Oversee and manage quality assurance activities for telecom projects, ensuring that systems meet the highest standards of quality and performance

- Detect, document, and track defects and issues. Collaborate with development teams to resolve them efficient
- Provide clear and comprehensive updates on test progress, issues, and results to stakeholders
Kvalifikacije
This is you
- Proven expertise in manual QA testing for enterprise systems
- Demonstrated success in a senior or lead QA role
- Proven experience in the Telecom domain with a solid understanding of telecom services and systems
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar platform
