Opis posla

We are seeking a talented and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and curious, with a proven track record of working on diverse UX and UI projects. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every design decision is rooted in research, best practices, and a clear understanding of user needs. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on digging into different domains, is eager to learn, and can deliver high-quality designs that elevate the user experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design UX and UI for web and mobile software
  • Conduct user research and analyze industry best practices to inform design decisions
  • Define user flows
  • Create sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Ensure consistency across designs
  • Collect and incorporate feedback to iterate and refine designs
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement intuitive solutions and best practices
  • Presentation and reporting of UX/UI to internal and external stakeholders

Kvalifikacije

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within agile team environments
  • A strong sense of visual aesthetics
  • Solid understanding of core design principles and user-centered design
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC
  • A quality portfolio showcasing UX/UI designs and processes behind them
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and passionate about research-driven design
  • Ability to dive into different domains, adapt quickly, and learn on the go
  • Have an understanding of, or experience with, Agile methodologies
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of an agile team
