Opis posla
This is a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US.
What is the role about:
- Designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases for various software applications.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects through to resolution.
- Conducting functional, regression, and usability testing to ensure high-quality releases.
- Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and improve product quality.
- Reporting and providing feedback on quality metrics, identifying potential risks and issues.
Kvalifikacije
What we expect from you:
- Previous experience in manual software testing or quality assurance roles.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
