Opis posla
This is a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US.
What is the role about:
- Designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
- Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines.
Kvalifikacije
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools especially Figma.
- Knowledge of building and maintaining responsive websites using Webflow
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
