Opis posla
We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to work onsite in our office. This role involves handling day-to-day HR responsibilities and serving as the key connection between the organization, its employees, and management. The ideal candidate will actively engage with employees to understand their needs and contribute to improving their experience within the company.
Some of the main responsibilities of this role would be:
If needed, assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes with providing best HR practices
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to all HR activities (processes and procedures) such as staffing, training and performance evaluations
Assist in development, improvement and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
Identify and implement initiatives to increase better employee experience
Assist and cooperate with Recruitment and Project Manager during the onboarding of the new team members
Assist to the recruitment team during new members employment (with the confidential paperwork, contracts).
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics (all metrics related to performance managements, monthly, semiannual and annual reviews)
Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
Help supervisors in assessing employee engagement and evaluation
Create and submit needed reports to the management
Answering employee requests and questions
Promote healthy relationships between staff and management through mediation and handling labor disputes, management requests and questions (also vice versa)
Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
Collaborate with Project Managers and Team Leads with Performance management, follow up on the processes agreed during performance management
Implement and maintain all the paperwork needed for employee development plan or improvement plans
Make sure all our legal paperwork is aligned to the current state laws
Follow up on employee offboarding (exit interviews, statistics, turnover rate)
Responsible for collecting and analyzing employee data and maintaining accurate and complete employee records
Updating employee record
Kvalifikacije
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in human resources
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to deadlines
Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy in work
Knowledgeable about HRM practices and stays updated with industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
