We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, enhancing security measures, and contributing to our ISO 27001:2022 initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you should be proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to troubleshoot IT issues efficiently and improve security processes. Key Responsibilities:
Set up workstations, accounts, and required software for new employees
Manage user access control, including onboarding and offboarding employees
Ensure data backup and disaster recovery processes are in place and tested regularly
Conduct regular security awareness training for employees
Respond to security incidents and conduct root cause analysis
Perform internal security audits and assist with external security assessments
Track and manage the inventory of hardware and order new equipment as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for employees
Provide remote and in-person IT support, including hosting video calls and screensharing for issue resolution
Maintain virtual machines, ensuring proper setup and configuration
Ensure all IT-related processes and procedures are documented and kept up to date
Assist employees in learning new applications and troubleshooting technical challenges
Actively contribute to ISO 27001:2022 initiatives by following and improving security policies and procedures
Monitor IT security risks and report vulnerabilities
Support access control, software updates, and compliance with security standards
Develop self-help resources, knowledge base articles, and IT FAQs for employees
Research and recommend new technologies to improve IT operations
Optimize IT service management by tracking support requests and response times
Office Management Assistance (Additional):
Provide physical office support, including hardware setup, basic infrastructure maintenance, and assisting the Office Manager as needed
Ensure smooth operation of office equipment such as printers, network devices, and video conferencing tools
Other related tasks as needed
Kvalifikacije
Qualifications:
At least two years of professional experience in IT Support at service provider level
Good proficiency in English
Good knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
Good knowledge of Windows Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of network administration or IT security
