Opis posla
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team, working with a European client in the transportation industry. In this role, you will contribute to the development, review, and execution of system test cases, supporting end-to-end program testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality web applications.

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough manual testing of complex web and mobile software applications to ensure they meet established quality standards
- Document test cases and results to ensure comprehensive coverage of all functional requirements
- Analyze functional requirements and develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases tailored for manual testing
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate manual testing activities across projects
- Create and track defects, ensuring proper documentation and prioritization of issues
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and product managers to ensure quality testing occurs in a timely and efficient manner
- Analyze risks and implement mitigation strategies to manage those risks effectively throughout the manual testing lifecycle
- Assist in identifying areas suitable for automation testing as the project matures
- Document potential automation opportunities to streamline future testing processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance manual testing processes and tools
- Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies to ensure the adoption of best practices
Kvalifikacije
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and version control systems
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus for future use
