Delivery Manager

• Take an active role in project and iteration planning, tracking, and reporting project status
• Manage close relationships with multiple clients at the highest quality level, and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
• Support the development team(s) in obtaining the necessary information for the team from all related sources
• Engage and involve with stakeholders to identify and explore improvement and growth areas
• Coach and mentor teams (and others) to apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques
• Manage the project flow in the most efficient way, with very high quality and standards

Ideal candidate - What are we looking for?

• 6+ years of experience in the Delivery Manager and Product Owner or Project Manager role in the software development area is a must
• Relevant education in Software development or IT Management is a big plus
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Experience with Agile methodology and Agile frameworks
