Opis posla
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals alongside senior management and stakeholders.
- Craft detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgeting.
- Communicate project status, updates, and potential changes to project scope or schedule to all stakeholders promptly.
- Manage project resources across multiple teams and departments.
- Set, monitor, and report on project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify risks and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
- Delegate project tasks based on individual team members' strengths, skill sets, and experience.
Kvalifikacije
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in project management within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Strong understanding of software development and project management principles, preferably Agile/Scrum.
- Proficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
