Opis posla

We are assembling a dedicated UX/UI design team for our client in the manufacturing industry, consisting of 1 UX/UI Team lead and 3 UX/UI designers. The Lead designer will take responsibility for shaping the overall design strategy, creating user stories, and managing the design team, while the other three designers will focus on creating user interfaces, developing visual elements, and bringing the design concepts to life. Together, this team will be integral to the success of the next-generation tool management software.
This software plays a pivotal role in the future of manufacturing by enabling fully automated processes with minimal human intervention. It leverages real-time data to optimize tool selection, tracking, and maintenance across the manufacturing lifecycle.
The UX/UI design team will ensure that this data-driven platform remains intuitive and user-friendly. Your work will allow users to efficiently manage tool data flows, monitor tool conditions, and make informed decisions through real-time updates, powered by digital twin technology.

Roles and responsibilities

UX/UI Team lead:
  • Develop the overall design strategy and ensure it aligns with the product vision.
  • Create user stories and oversee the design team’s work, managing tasks and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and engineers, to ensure the design meets business and technical requirements.
  • Guide and mentor the design team, ensuring high-quality output and effective team collaboration.
UX/UI designers:
  • Focus on the design and development of user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for the tool management software.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, translating ideas into functional, user-centered designs.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Designer and stakeholders to refine designs based on user feedback and requirements.
  • Ensure that the final product is intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for automated manufacturing workflows.

Kvalifikacije

Tech requirements

  • Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
  • A solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for complex B2B software, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Experience designing software for process automation and digital twin technology is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and ensuring compatibility across different platforms and devices.
