Job requirements
• Expand and nurture the existing ZIRA partner network.
• Strengthen engagement with current ZIRA partners, gathering market insights and other relevant feedback to enhance ZIRA’s portfolio sales.
• Collaborate closely with ZIRA partners to monitor and support their development of competence centers and “prospect demo-labs” related to ZIRA portfolio sales.
• Identify, evaluate, propose, and onboard new business partners for ZIRA.
• Deliver presentations and introductions on ZIRA’s portfolio, showcasing solutions, domains and releases, and how ZIRA supports partners business growth.
• Ensure continuous motivation and engagement for both new and existing ZIRA business partners.
• Collaborate closely with ZIRA Product and Revenue Management teams to enhance knowledge of the ZIRA Product Portfolio, its benefits, and Unique Selling Propositions (USPs).
• Work in partnership with Regional (Sales) Managers, Product, Delivery and Marketing teams to support ongoing and planned business activities related to ZIRA partners, including providing market insights and feedback for an improved market approach.
• Conduct quarterly evaluations and reports on ZIRA partners, covering presence, sales achievements, competence and sales growth, and alignment with ZIRA’s business goals and targets, recommending any necessary corrective or improving actions.
• Continuously research and engage with ZIRA partners to deepen knowledge of their businesses.
• Influence and develop sales and partner materials based on market insights and feedback from ZIRA partners.
• Drive ZIRA revenue growth by expanding the customer base through ZIRA partnerships and maintaining partner retention.
• Develop and execute ZIRA’s Partner Strategy, defining target partners, regions, portfolio, and measurable activities, including annual and quarterly targets and KPIs.
• Actively engage in all Partner Management activities and report on these efforts, including those assigned by the CRO, related to ZIRA partners, the partner network, and partner relationships.

Required skills and certificates:
5+ years in the same or similar role or profession
University degree in Economics, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
