Responsibilities
-Develop and optimize algorithms for various AI applications with a focus on large language models (LLM), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and machine learning (ML)
-Perform data preprocessing, model training, and fine-tuning to meet project requirements
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test AI solutions
-Analyze business problems and design AI-driven solutions tailored to client needs
-Debug and troubleshoot issues in AI models and optimize their performance
Kvalifikacije
Skills and knowledge
-Very good understanding of OOP and software design patterns
-Proficiency in implementing and optimizing LLM, RAG, and ML models
-Expertise in Python and .NET for developing AI applications
-Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning architectures
-Experience with GitHub commands for version control.
-Logical approach to problem solving, analytical thinking, good communication skills and willingness for active learning
-Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
-Experience with Python (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, NumPy) for data preparation and machine learning functionalities will be an asset.
-Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field (Master’s degree will be an asset).
-Demonstrated experience working with AI, LLM, and ML projects.
-Practical experience with Python, .NET, and relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
-Background in statistics and applied mathematical skills will be an asset
-Fluency in English, both written and spoken
