Opis posla
We're seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to play a key role in developing and maintaining our cross-platform mobile application. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of mobile technology in the recruitment space, creating intuitive and powerful tools for job seekers and employers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter framework
- Collaborate with the design team to implement user-friendly interfaces and smooth animations
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into the mobile application
- Optimize application performance for both Android and iOS platforms
- Implement state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC)
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize app performance
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies
Kvalifikacije
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in mobile app development using Flutter
- Strong proficiency in Dart programming language
- Experience with state management solutions in Flutter
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of both Android and iOS app development processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Firebase or other backend-as-a-service (BaaS) platforms
- Knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools for mobile app deployment
- Experience with app store submission processes
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in the recruitment or HR tech industry
