Growing Bicom Systems family and hiring super-talents in order to liberate the world from traditional communication systems.

Opis posla

Your day looks like this:
Configuring and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including hardware, system software, and applications;
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues;
Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary;
Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely;
Researching and recommending new approaches to improve our IT infrastructure;
Providing technical support when requested;
Set up accounts and workstations;
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies;
Building an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies (relying on GDrive and Confluence);
You will use Jira, Confluence, Miro and Google Drive for organization and collaboration.

Kvalifikacije

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as a System Administrator or similar role;
Some experience with Network management;
Basic knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery;
Basic knowledge of various operating systems and platforms;
Some experience with Windows and Linux Server Platforms;
Excellent computer hardware knowledge;
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills;
Excellent communication skills;
A very good knowledge of English language.
