Technical Engineer

Your day looks like this:

• Implementation, installation, configuration, and testing of necessary software and hardware to existing and new clients;
• Training clients on purchased/leased software, to enable efficient use of software;
• Responsible for planning and executing various post-deployment projects, such as server reconfiguration and installation, various hardware and geographic software migrations, and similar projects;
• Holds training of existing programs/software and QA sessions;
• In charge of simple applications;
• Holds all other internal training of existing programs/software for new employees.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to conduct longer training sessions with our clients;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
• Communicative, organised, and disciplined;
• Must be able to multitask.

• Basic knowledge of Linux and IP networks;
• Basic experience/understanding in hardware and servers;
• Voice over IP;
• Bachelor degree in IT;
• CCNA Certificate.
