Our Mostar office consists of 18 curious and hardworking marketing enthusiasts.
The main focus of our Social Media Team is to create strategies that build happy online communities, engage fans with awesome content, and help brands maintain meaningful conversations with their users. Now, we’re looking for a new member who is ready to take on the creative and responsible role of being the voice of various brands.
We’re searching for a social media enthusiast who not only loves all things social but also has hands-on experience in creating content. This includes taking photos, crafting Reels or TikTok videos, and publishing posts across different social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). The ideal candidate is someone who is actively managing social media channels, keeps up with the latest trends, knows what’s relevant in the world of social media, and can translate that into impactful strategies and engaging content.
You should have experience working directly with clients, developing social media strategies tailored to various industries and briefs, and understanding the bigger picture of social media as part of the digital marketing landscape. It’s essential to enjoy collaborating with people, mentoring younger team members, and continuously learning.
We’re looking for an organized and self-driven individual who can balance managing time and tasks while leaving space for independent research and ongoing education in the ever-evolving world of social media. A person who is open to giving and receiving constructive feedback, thrives in a team environment, and wants to grow both professionally and as a colleague.

Your day-to-day
Monitoring and reviewing social media channels and creating social network content plans for dedicated clients
Creating and publishing engaging photo and video content for social media platforms, including Reels, TikTok videos, and other trend-driven formats
Communicating with clients and users on social networks
Advertising published content on social networks and preparing reports for dedicated clients
Participating in the acquisition of new clients and the development of strategies on social networks
Creating social media strategies and crisis communication plans according to social media principles and the client brief
Participating in the mentoring and education of less experienced team members and other colleagues
Collaborating with clients, external collaborators, and internal teams
Researching and studying news from the world of social media, as well as sharing knowledge and ideas with colleagues
Kvalifikacije
Your qualifications
BA or MA degree (preferably marketing, communications, or digital marketing)
Minimum 1 year of work experience in similar positions
Excellent knowledge of spelling and grammar of the official languages of Bosnia & Herzegovina (C2)
Good knowledge of English spelling and grammar (B2)
Active user of a B-category driver’s license
Excellent knowledge of SM platforms – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
Experience in content creation, including producing and publishing photo and video content.
Experience in digital advertising, especially with Facebook and Instagram
Experience working with Ads Manager
Experience in creating social media strategies
Experience working with clients
Experience in coordinating multiple projects
Experience in creating social media and digital advertising reports
Experience in working with Google Drive
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication and good presentation skills
