Opis posla

What's The Gig?

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through the setup process to ensure a smooth transition onto their chosen platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within assigned B2B customer accounts, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Manage customer expectations and provide consistent and timely communication to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Review customer performance and develop strategic plans to maximize growth and return on investment (ROI).
  • Gather feedback from customers and provide valuable insights to the internal team for product improvements and enhancements to enhance customer engagement.
  • Identify growth opportunities throughout the customer's subscription period and develop and execute renewal/retention strategies.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value and expand their usage of the platform.
  • Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps for efficient issue resolution and future reference.
  • Focus on customer retention activities as part of the overall portfolio growth strategy.
  • Conduct research on All-in-One Cross Channel Platforms and Digital Marketing tools, processes, concepts, and jargon to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Kvalifikacije

What We’re Looking For

  • Have 0-2 years in Customer Success, Client Services and/or Digital Marketing experience related.
  • Keen interest in learning a broad base of digital marketing including Analytics, Content Marketing, CRM, CRO, Ecommerce, Performance Marketing and SEO.
  • Have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, both in English and , able to convey difficult concepts to the clients and have good negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform tasks effectively under pressure with a systematic approach.
  • Have analytical and strong problem solving skills to synthesize data into clear insights for clients.
  • A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and cross departments
  • A fast and continuous learner, especially in this fast changing data & technology driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheet & MS Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Google and Facebook Ad campaigns execution.
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools (i.e Email Platforms, CRM, CDP, Google Analytics) are plus.
