Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Product vision & roadmap: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Backlog management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the development team is working on the right things at the right time.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and insights to guide product decisions.
• Market & user research: Conduct user research and market analysis to stay ahead of trends and identify new opportunities for product growth.
• Feature development: Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to define detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features.
• Performance monitoring: Track product performance, gather customer feedback, and continuously iterate to enhance the product experience.
• Go-to-market strategy: Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful launch of new features and functionalities.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with product management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the ability to collaborate closely with the design team.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving user experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Technical background or familiarity with software development processes.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools to measure product success.
