What will you do at Evona:
1st level of support for clients on a daily basis
serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients
ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting a deadline
responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
working closely with company management and Research and Development department

Kvalifikacije
Nice to have qualifications:
Bsc/Ba in Economics and/or Computer Science
1+ professional experience in a sales or customer service role
resilience in a fast-paced environment
understanding the psychology behind sports betting and familiarity with sports in general
