We are looking for an experienced Zoho Administrator to join our team and take ownership of our Zoho ERP system.
As a Zoho expert, you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining Zoho applications to support our business operations, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT system. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience with Zoho applications, and a proven ability to drive process improvements through efficient system utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Zoho applications
Create and manage user roles, profiles, and permissions within Zoho One environment
Work closely with other team members to identify application needs and implement them
Provide training and support to users on Zoho applications ensuring their effective utilization
Collaborate with Backend developers to integrate Zoho apps with our product
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues related to Zoho application or escalate them to external support
Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security to ensure smooth operation
Maintain documentation of Zoho configurations and processes
Kvalifikacije
Minimum 3 years of experience in application/system administration
Solid understanding of CRM best practices and data management
Experience with Zoho One Cloud Platform
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and solve technical issues
Excellent communication skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and technical team
Experience with other CRM/ERP systems or cloud-based platforms will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of SQL databases and data analytics
Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Passion for improving skills and learning new technologies
Zoho certifications are a plus
Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required
