Quality Manager (QM)

Your Role

What We’re Looking For

You are:

• A Quality Manager with 1+ years of experience in testing, quality management, or a related field;
• Skilled in manual testing techniques with a keen eye for detail;
• Familiar with creating and managing scripts for automated testing tools;
• Analytical and proactive in identifying and resolving quality issues;
• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments;
• An effective communicator with a strong focus on delivering value.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Fluency in English (or German);
• Experience with manual testing processes;
• Basic knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar);
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and the LAMP stack;
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git);
• Ability to document processes and results in a structured and clear manner.
