Gotiva is a fast-growing technology company based in Poland and Bosnia & Herzegovina. We are building a platform that empowers independent artists and creators worldwide to engage in the game industry.
Opis posla
We are seeking a strategic and creative Content Lead to oversee and guide all content-related initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will shape the content strategy, lead a team of creators, and ensure all content aligns with our quality standards. You will be responsible for curating and post-producing jigsaw puzzle art, pixel art and other content for Gotiva apps, as well as leading the content-production team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative team
- Shape the content strategy within the whole organization
- Create and curate Gotiva content ensuring high-quality standards are met for the end users
- Work within the Content & Artist Management system
- Provide visual guidance and liaise with content creators to ensure consistent content quality
Kvalifikacije
Your Qualifications:
- Digital art background
- Professional experience using Photoshop and After Effects
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to learn and grow alongside the team
- A degree (graduate or undergraduate) in art and design, media, communication, or a related field is an asset
- Experience with AI tools
