Opis posla

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Success Agent to join our team in Banja Luka. In this role, you will ensure that our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our software. Your primary focus will be on onboarding, advanced customer support, product advocacy, data analysis, and customer training.

What you will do:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, effectively communicating their value to customers.
  • Product Documentation: Maintain and update internal and external knowledge bases with technical information, use cases, and best practices.
  • Training: Conduct training for the customer success team, ensuring proficiency in our products, especially new developments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams like account management and support to meet customer needs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Customer Consultancy: Engage in project-based consultancy with clients, supporting account management to develop customized mobility solutions.
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance on product and technical issues, coordinating closely with the tech team for necessary information.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for proactive customer support and experience enhancement.

Kvalifikacije

  • Customer Focus: You have 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role where you thrived on helping customers succeed. Experience with B2B SaaS solutions is a strong plus!
  • Communication Skills: You're a communication pro! You can clearly and effectively express yourself in writing and verbally, in English. Do you also speak German? That's a huge advantage in this role!
  • Teamwork and Initiative: You're a self-starter who can take initiative and manage your own workload, but you also thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with others toward a common goal.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: You're a natural problem-solver who loves tackling challenges and finding creative solutions. You're not afraid to think outside the box and go the extra mile to help customers.
