Opis posla
We are seeking an experienced, confident, Quality Assurance Specialist. By joining our team, you will take part in various projects, assessing software quality by designing and implementing software testing processes. You will take ownership of code quality through exploratory and automated tests. You will hunt bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they’re dealt with.
You will be a highly dynamic and ambitious Quality Assurance Specialist who will be at the heart of our relationship with our clients. Working with some of the most prestigious organisations and brands across 40 countries, this is a true opportunity for you to grow as a professional and to really make an impact through your work.
This is a hybrid working position, requiring occasional visits to our client locations, while offering you the flexibility of working remotely.
You will:
- Create tests to identify software problems
- Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
- Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback
- Document results of tests for the software development team
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
- Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
- Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
- Research and compare similar competitor products
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements
Kvalifikacije
- Extensive experience in software development and testing
- High proficiency in computer technology and programming languages
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
