Project Manager

Your responsibilities

• Daily communication with clients - gathering feedback and updating on progress
• Continuous communication with project team
• Understand client requests, clarify project scope and write functional specifications
• Plan the project schedule and budget
• Monitor and track project timeline
• Ensure the quality of the deliverables through appropriate testing
• Gather and coordinate resources, information and content
• Present new ideas and decisions to be made to the client
• Proactively suggesting project improvements and ideas for project lifecycle extension

Our expectations

• 2+ years of experience in web design and development projects
• Solid understanding of software development and web technologies development process
• World class organization skills
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance techniques and processes
• Exceptional attention to detail (the devil is in the details)
• Ability to deal with multiple projects and clients at one time
• Having a third eye for client's needs and expectations and a skill to manage those like a pro to keep them satisfied

Bonus points:

• Experience in conducting workshops
• Experience in mentoring other project managers
• BSc or other relevant experience
• A delicious sense of humour (or at least master of bad jokes that are cringeworthy), and if you know schwifty reference from the beginning without googling it
