Opis posla
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Agile environment and a solid understanding of Scrum and Jira.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Implement Agile methodologies and best practices to improve project efficiency and communication
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide status updates
- Professional communication with clients and team members
- Manage the support and maintenance of existing applications
- Track and report project progress using Jira
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
Kvalifikacije
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Agile environment
- Experience with Scrum and Jira
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Ability to work in dynamic environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with mobile and web application development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field is a bonus
