Within our client support team, you will be involved in day-to-day communication with global financial institutions in the trading industry and responsible for providing outstanding technical and functional assistance to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting, testing, data analysis, research, and reporting
Keeping track of ongoing projects and providing regular and timely updates to all involved parties
Performing test scenarios to ensure the stability of the newly released software
Communication with the clients
Updating and writing the documentation related to new software releases, CS&QA procedures, etc
Deploying configuration changes, new releases, etc. to client environments
Improving your knowledge of the financial markets and the trading industry
Kvalifikacije
Requirements:
Technical and detail-oriented person with good analytical abilities
Previous Experience as a Technical Support in Linux
Good English speaking and writing skills are a must
Basic knowledge of computer networks
Effectiveness in working within a team while maintaining good relationships
Strong work ethics, and sense of responsibility
Ability to stay composed, evaluate priorities, and make correct decisions in a high-stress situations
Appreciated skills/experiences:
Experience in debugging large log files preferably by using the Linux terminal
Experience with Linux Shell
Experience with server/solution monitoring tools
Strong multitasking capabilities
Extra appreciated skills/experiences:
Experience with Technical Account Management
Understanding of global markets and the trading industry
Experience in working with the FIX protocol
Experience with ticket managing system
Experience with Git, and Docker
Basic knowledge of SQL
