Opis posla
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist at MIST Technologies in Bijeljina. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support for desktop computers and information technology systems.
Kvalifikacije
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certifications in IT or related field are a plus
