Who You Are
- You have advanced communication skills in both German and English
- You’re a fast learner, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused - we’re here to create exceptional experiences for our customers, every time they reach out
- You love being part of a team and enjoy problem-solving with others
- You can commit to various shift hours, as our service is open 7 days a week
- No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for students or anyone with a hunger to learn and grow
