Job Description:
Successfully interprets and adhere to the company's QA standards
Plan, perform and anticipate testing in order to deliver the correct functionalities
Carefully maintain and handle complaints and non-compliances using task logging systems (JIRA and similar) and other necessary testing tools and documentation
Document QA activities and create performance reports
Prepare quality data for successful implementation of QA tests
Analyze data in detail and point out potential errors
Indicate problems and suggest possible solutions
Define and create a detailed description of test scenarios
Provide training and give necessary explanations to colleagues
Research and gain knowledge learn about best practices and industry standards in QA, as well as used methodologies and tools (participate in trainings, courses, improve knowledge independently and by your own initiative, etc.)
Actively collaborate with team leader and team members
Proactively participate in development team meetings
Identify, analyze and eliminate risks in quality assurance activities
Kvalifikacije
Required:
Advanced knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes
Advanced knowledge of client business processes
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with REST API testing tools (e.g. Postmand Soap UI)
Desirable:
Solid knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and scripting
Experience with performance and/or security testing
Experience in healthcare software testing
General:
High standard of excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changes under pressure (ability to work flexible hours)
Eye for detail, methodical and consistent in approach
Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
