Remote Graphic / Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling marketing designs, custom website assets, and promotional materials for clients using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Design website elements such as header images, layouts, and visual components to enhance WordPress sites for client projects.
• Work with Product Management, Client Services, and Engineering to understand project needs and translate them into impactful designs.
• Design and create engaging assets for marketing campaigns, including banner ads and social media visuals.
• Occasionally contribute to product design, collaborating on the design lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to testing and refining user interfaces.
• Support and refine the design systems in use for website and marketing design.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design work, aligned with project timelines and within budget.
• Manage projects autonomously, taking ownership of tasks while maintaining accountability for delivering results.
• Offer design feedback and guidance to less experienced team members and collaborate effectively with non-designers to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, who has some experience of Product Design
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are required. Experience with Figma is highly desired.
• Experience in designing for WordPress websites, including header images, layouts, and custom site assets.
• Proven experience creating marketing campaign assets such as banner ads and social media graphics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present design ideas clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results without needing constant supervision.
