Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-creating marketing and branding strategy
• Creation and implementation of a yearly marketing plan
• Delivering reports on the implementation of the marketing plan
• Overseeing content creation for offline channels (leaflets, brochures, newsletters, etc.)
• Active participation in the organization of events
• Following global trends in digital marketing
• Planning and managing SEO execution
• Developing ideas for promotional materials
• Communication with external associates
• Maintaining and improving the company website

Requirements:

• Preferable degree in marketing, business, communication science, or related fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creativity and proactive approach to work
• Located in Mostar or nearby, since the position is primarily in-office
• Team player
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Good knowledge of marketing and graphic tools
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Open to giving and receiving feedback
• Up to date with the newest marketing trends
