Senior QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies, encompassing automated and manual testing methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing methodologies and best practices.
• Design, write, and execute automated test scripts using frameworks and programming languages such as Python or C#.
• Implement and manage automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Perform manual testing as needed to ensure thorough coverage and high-quality software.
• Perform manual and automated testing of HTTP protocols and APIs using tools such as Postman.
• Test cloud-based and microservices applications to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
• Utilize CI tools (e.g., Jenkins) and Docker containers to streamline test execution and integration.
• Document and track bugs, providing detailed reports and working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and automation testing.

• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in an Agile development environment
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of QA concepts, including test cases, scenarios, bug tracking systems, test types, automation technologies, and best practices
• Technical Skills:

• Manual Testing: Adept in manual testing techniques to complement automated testing efforts
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Language Skills: Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
